SQL queries on CSV

Hello,
I am looking for a driver for SQL queries on .csv files.
The driver should be able to deal with both local files and remote
files.
Does anyone familiar with something like that?

I think hsqldb should do that. I have not tried its CSV features,
but otherwise it is fine driver. Anyhow, check www.hsqldb.org .
