disconnected (virtual) recordsets

Thread view:

One of the very cool things about ADO is the ability to have virtual
recordsets.

How easy is this using java?

For example, build a recordset object for an amortization schedule,
and decide whether to destroy the object or insert to a database after
the recordset is constructed.

TIA,
Elaine
