help me with java probs please!

Hello, i have a question. is there a good java vm applet i can install
to run in my browser besides sun, that is free? because i installed sun

and  now its not working, and i cannot uninstall it i keep getting
ewrrors stating i already have it istalled, and it wont let me
uninstall it so i can reinstall. what can i do?  i have win xp

If you mean that you want your browser to use a different java plugin
to Sun's, that depends on which browser you use. Most use IE, which can
be configured to use Microsoft VM instead. in fact, by default it works
that way. just go through your internet options and tick use microsoft
vm

thats the problem, i accedently uninstalled it and now cannot find it
anywere to reinstall the vm, i have iee. so what can i do?
