Same with me. I have started with The Java Tutorial
/javabeans/index.html available for download at
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/information/download.html. In
that documentation u shall find the rest of the things to download
(like Beabbuilder). The going is tough since u have to search a lot at
sun site but all books on javabeans dates back to 1997/98. Inform me at
brainfever07@gmail.com if u find something better. Also mail me if u
want to know anything from me. I shall try my level best. Thanx and
regards

The best general-knowledge book on learning Java that I've found is IVOR
HORTON'S BEGINNING JAVA 2 JDK5 EDITION. I've leaving Sun's Java Tutorial
for later, after I've learned something about the language.
