POST a filestream via HTTP???

Hello,

is it possible to Post a Filestream via http client???
if yes, how can i do this?

At the moment i create a tempFile on the client machine, but i don´t what to
save any data on the client machine. I need to post the data to the server.
So i want to post a filestream, but i don´t have any idea to manage this.
