Could someone help me start with the 3D stuff, maybe give me a website
that has a lot about it

Do you already now Java? If you're interested, here is a simple shooter
that shows how to do some things in Java3D. In particular, it's meant
to demonstrate a few features that are either documented poorly or not
at all in the J3D docs.

pretty good, and they have some good tutorials. Try
